Dr. Murty has successfully executed numerous international and national collaborative projects with organizations including GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), DuPont, ArQule Inc., Evolva, FMC, Ranbaxy and several leading research institutions. His expertise spans discovery chemistry, process development, impurity synthesis, advanced intermediates, AI-enabled drug discovery and translational research.

As Chief Scientific Advisor, Dr. Murty provides strategic scientific leadership for the company, guides research programs, develops collaborations with academia and industry, mentors young scientists and drives innovation in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and specialty chemicals. His extensive scientific network and research experience play a key role in positioning Sygmoid as a trusted partner for custom synthesis, CRO/CDMO services and collaborative research projects worldwide.

Dr. Reddy has extensive expertise in the development of advanced pharmaceutical intermediates, heterocycles, impurities, fluorescent dyes and fine chemicals. During his academic and industrial career, he has contributed to multiple international projects involving novel chemical entities, anticancer agents and microbial therapeutics. He has also successfully managed industrial projects focused on process development, scale-up and manufacturing.

At Sygmoid, Dr. Reddy leads business development, client interactions, project execution and technology transfer activities. His combination of scientific excellence and industrial project management ensures timely delivery of high-quality research and manufacturing solutions to global customers. He plays a critical role in expanding the company’s CRO/CDMO operations and international business collaborations.

She possesses strong organizational, documentation and computer skills and contributes significantly to the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities. Her responsibilities include administrative management, documentation control, office coordination, accounts support, data management and regulatory record maintenance.

Mrs. Sumalatha Penthala also supports scientific documentation activities and computer-based operations, including technical document preparation and ChemDraw-related work. Her attention to detail and administrative efficiency help ensure effective organizational management and provide a strong operational foundation for the company’s scientific and business activities

His multidisciplinary background provides valuable support to the company’s strategic planning, technology evaluation and operational development activities. He possesses strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective participation in technical discussions, business meetings and collaborative projects.

Mr. Prashanth contributes to infrastructure planning, equipment evaluation, technology integration and business development initiatives. His expertise in engineering systems and emerging technologies complements the scientific strengths of the company and supports its long-term growth strategy.
